Havent done T25 but am currently in last week of month 2 of P90X3 which seems like it is along the same lines (30 min) workout from beachbody. Its a great program aswell, I am down 23lbs and my wife is down 13lbs. We arnt following the diet plan per say as much as just cut out all processed foods (minus whole grain bread/wraps) and eating balanced with no sugar.

I have done P90X and Insanity and i must say X3 is by far my favorite so far, I dont get bored with it abd am actually looking forward to starting it over again in a month.

I concur. People don't realize how much easier excercising is when your intake is quality nutrients.

And....you're a lot hungrier when you are working out regularly too. At least I am.

I have been doing the T25. I'm enjoying it. My wife started last year with T25 and then recently started P90X3. She was doing the P90X3 and then went back to T25 with me. She says that she is getting better results from the T25.

Have have also been doing the Shakeology with the T25. I really like that stuff!.
