Default Boat ID numbers

Is there an easier way to get them other than mailling everything in. Someone told me there is an office in Red Deer. But where?

Sounds strange, but I got mine at the unemployment office in Calgary near Glenmore & Macleod Tr.

Phone the office in Red Deer. Perhaps they can help you out.

I am assuming you are talking about having the registration #'s assigned to your boat from Gov. of Canada.

Your kidding. I just registered a boat last year around the end of June. I didn't know this changed.

I just did this (mail in now only) and it took about 3 weeks for them to get the license numbers back to me. Not too bad I guess, since you have to mail them to the other side of the country!

Just got mine back and it took a little under two weeks which I was impressed with. The best part is that its free which I find real weird since it is part of the government.I thought I would of had to pay something for sure
