Can u fish bow river at sik sika reserve

Just wondering if you can fish the bow river on sik sika reserve or do u need a permit or something.if you need a permit how much would fine be if you didn't have one

I am not 100% sure on this but I believe that the river is public land so anyone can fish. The only problem is crossing private reserve land to get to the river that is the snag. Another way is to acess it by boat, which I think is fair game but not totally sure.

I have fished it a lot of times with no permit , but I have a friend with a cabin in the hidden valley golf resort, thats on the bow. bye Cluny. if you are on the water , you dont need a permit. that i know of. they don't own the river.
