Default Downriggers on Pontoon Boat

Good Afternoon all,

I have a '2o foot Pontoon boat, I would like to install to down riggers, has anyone have any advice? Are the rails strong enough for mounting?

the railings on the boat are simply fasion and are non structural. You will have to some how fasten your down rigger to the 3/4" decking.
