Default Devon Boat Launch Open?
Hi All,
Anybody know if the launch is open at Devon?

I've seen a few using it. The ramp is free of ice. Most of the visible(from the bridge) "big" chunks of ice are gone or on shore and it looks navigable with a little bit of dodging.
