Default Many banned or suspended!?

I was looking at old threads and lots of guys that have over 1000 posts or have been here for the past 10 years are either all banned or suspended. What is going on?! Something I don't know about? Haha

It's all about playing nice, keeping your head down....and when you can't do that at least be so outrageously funny that the mods spit a bit of coffee on their keyboards.

Trust me.

The Mods have a chart that they go by and once you hit the 1000 post mark, your odds of survival decreases.
You're at 300, use your next 700 posts wisely.

It seems to me that the Mods let quite a bit go on here. You really need to be colouring well outside the lines to even attract their attention. Having been offside on occasion I also received fair warning. What is it some folks don't understand?

I used to have the upmost respect for how the forum ran until a thread I was participating on got locked. There was no reason other than the fact somebody in a position of authority did not share the same view in the thread. Thats censorship.

Stay outta the gutter and back alleys, thus staying clear of the penalty box, or ban camp.

Seems pretty simple to me.

If it was in the general section why would it matter? I can see where he is coming from with his comment.

So what? I get tired of seeing smart ***** comments from some mods and threads getting locked simply because that person didn't agree with the thread. Why do some seem to have to have the last word? A better way would be to simply put why the thread was closed. And stop closing threads on a whim.

I don't want to say who this is directed at or I'll probably get suspended, but
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

complain to the admin if you don't like the way the place is moderated.
Or maybe just read the rules ......

Not to trying to beat a dead horse, but what forum rules were violated in that thread to justify closing it?

There certainly has been a trend since the new sheriff in town assumed a role in moderating.

Too bad actually.
