Who could make me this?
:-)
It is a barrel mounted instrument that will take any pikatinny rail attachment.

Maybe you could modify a picatinny AR15 gas-block? Generally held with set screws or pins.

Laughing. One is enough.
They can also be built into the stock which would be workable as well.

I mounted a rail right on my cut down Enfield stock. Since this gun can be run with irons or red dot or scope I placed it on R H side of stock right near the tip. So my beam also covers my front bead. All I did was inlet it to the stock and bed it with jb weld and put two small screws in. It's tougher than nails. I'll try to post up pics later

UltiMak makes the type of picatinny barrel mount you might be looking for, but I think they are made for specific barrels. Likely could be modified or design duplicated for a custom fit.

Option two won't affect your barrel harmonics.

What is the purpose of having a flashlight on the end of a hunting rifle?

No, I can't. I'd appreciate it if you would take your speculation elsewhere.

well i'll answer your question so we can start talking about guns again.
absolutely any machine shop can make that.
alright, now aside from hunting at night. a paranoid guy like me might like it for backcountry camping if i hear a bear trying to get in my food or something.

So then you basically need a flashlight , with a gun mounted on it .

There are light mounts that go direct onto your scope. They are easier to take of and on, don't mess with the harmonics and put the light where it does the most good.
This came with my http://nighteyeslights.com/shop-all-LED-lights. Used it in Texas hunting hogs, works great and lights up animals clearly out past 300 yards.
Same mount can be used on the barrel if you want.

It is for defence of life, livestock, and property in camp in the dark. Anyone who has had to scramble out of a tent in the dark with a rifle and flashlight can relate. Unfortunately this has become a real problem and will continue to escalate. The light needs to be easily removed and yet attached like it's permanent.

This is my ugly as sin do everything 303 mk1 no 4 can switch from irons to red dot to scope in seconds. Light mounts in less than 20 seconds and has never moved under fire.
As you can see in the last pic it makes a great night camp gun or late night calf checking rifle.. Works best at night though so no one can see it. During daytime you need a paper bag over your head if you plan toting this bad boy around. Surprisingly the optics are always right on zero every time I mount them.

Tacstar makes a barrel clamp for a flashlight. It's nothing special but works pretty good. Have used it on shotguns and rifles.
