Default blueberries in the edson area.

I've found good pockets of raspberries and strawberries but can't seem to locate and blue berries yet or saskatoons Where do they usually grow? I'd be willing to trade berry picking spots

Sandy hill type spots.

The best spots are one or two years after a fire has gone through the area.

Remember: Berries are produced every second year, so last years spot might not be so good, but great again next year.

If you live around Ft. Saskatchewan, blueberry fields are found in areas like the sand hills around Vinca Bridge.

Default Edson blueberrys

If you went down the Sundance road and look in almost any of the clearcuts that are about 2-5yrs old you should find lots. Sundance is opposite the Fickle Lk Rd down the Robb hiway.
