Default Interesting !

I didn't realize that things were so bad in Polar Alberta
that kids were freaking out ! Playing for the Pick seems
to have become a habit !
As has been said ,pretty disappointed in Maroons devil
performance . I thought he might wake up when he got out
Of McD s ville .
Jets will do a nice job of standing up for the west ....

McDavid was leaving a venue with his parents and three young men followed and started chirping - you got to play better man or you will get traded - incident was captured on video and posted to Twitter and Facebook. Pretty strong negative response against the people that were involved

They have the vid in this story.

And people wonder why players prefer the anonymity of the big US cities.

Sports players get harrassed all the time, this time it was taped and it is Connor McDavid.
I don't think anyone would care if it was Sekra, Hamilton or Frolik

I am no Oilers fan but that was pretty classless by a bunch of teens as I can tell...The guy laughing in the back ground needs to be taught a lesson...

I am a Flames fan and this type of behavior is unacceptable...I would love to run into this guy in a dark alley, that's for sure....

Pretty gutless, I agree.

One of them looks a bit more tentative than the other.

Is McJesus hurt today? When he was rammed into the boards last night he looked like a hurting unit.

Hey all you Oiler fans, at least you have something to cheer for. McDavid just took over the scoring lead. Both teams have 7 games left. I think his chances are good.

Lots you cheer for. Team is finally looking good lol. Only the Oil would play themselves into last place then out of draft contention.

High point of the year is going to be Besse collecting on his bet!!

1st pick really hasn’t been that great for them anyways. Talent wise it’s been good. but hasn’t translated into wins.

Lucic pretty much sat out the third last night - defensive liability w giveaways and foot speed

Does McDavid get 50 goals in the games left in the season? I'm cheering for the lad, he's lighting it up

Does the Oilers tie or finish the season ahead of the Flames in the standings?

I think 50 goals is out of reach, but I do think he’s going to walk away with the art ross. Can you imagine if he had a winger to play with full time that can put the puck in the net on a regular basis?? He would be destroying the league in points and the powerplay wouldn’t be in the dumpster.

Lucic should not be playing in the NHL.

He can drop all the weight he wants but at the end of the day he’s a poor skater, poor puck handler and worst of all.. he can’t process the game at its increased pace. They will be forced to buyout his contract or if traded (who would want him), retain a big portion of his contract.

Good on him. They just blew a 3 -0 lead in a matter of minutes.

Lot's of time to gain it back.
Fun fact...., those 3 goals the oil scored in one period are the same amount of goals the flamers have in their last 5 games.
