Hey Tuc, AF is just into 332 and Rose Creek just west of AF is the boundry for 330. Big difference between the seasons in these two zones. (for Big Game, 330 opens in Sept. and 332 starts in Nov.)I have never hunted that far north in eather zone but I hunt a lot in 330 and 332.

Why, are you planning a trip up that way?

Default 332 has decent elk hunting

332 is one of the better elk hunting zones in central alberta, according to kill data. 330 is one of the worst. Most of 330 is west of the N. Sask River. You are looking at about 5 years for a moose draw in 332. I used to hunt this zone quite a bit until getting a draw became difficult to get. Good whitetail hunting in 332. BEL

quad quite abit out there. seen lots of fresh elk sign never any elk. Seen lots of moose just about all bulls. seen lots of deer also. Tonnes of ruffies.

Nicer area roads are grown in abit and seems like less pressure.

The owner(Jim) of Bear Necessities fishing & hunting store in Pigeon Lake is a regular hunter of that area. Stop in there sometime, I'm sure he would be more that willing to share some info on the region.
