Just finished this book by BRANDON PULLAN
At times I found it a troubling read as when his mom dropped him off at Hull Home when he was 6 years old along with his siblings to never see her again
The first part of the book is when he became one of Canadas big wall rock climbers. Lots of the routes on Yamnuska were first climbed by Bill
The second part of the book he gives up climbing and spends the rest of his life kayaking on the B.C. coast. He more or less lived off the land for many years.
He was known as kayak Bill
It ends with his body being found and he had been shot in the head. He had been dead for six weeks before his body was found. There were lots of unanswered questions
