Lower K iced over by the power plant yet?

Wondering if anyone can confirm if it's safe to fish at the spillway by the power plant?
Just wondering if there is enough ice near the open water. Thx

was up there yesterday. Too windy to get on the ice, it looked like people had been walking out onto the ice dragging sleds. There was no one out there. We decided to go to spray instead.
