I can do a passable magpie with this call.

Rabbit calls seem to bring them in pretty consistantly

Fox Pro has one available on there E callers,it works extremely well.Usually just a few minutes in and you have shot, just make sure you hit what you're aiming at.A missed magpie will never forget for a long time!

Are you looking to hunt magpies or adding to your coyote call arsenal.

I can imagine, they are super smart critters. Thank you

I'm looking for both. I want to be able to imitate magpies to call them in, but also have an option (when I'm good enough) to bring in coyotes too. Kinda a 2-for-1

^^^^^ I could shoot a boat load of magpies calling coyotes. Almost any distress call brings them in, including pup in distress.

My experience is that magpies come in pretty quick to a predator call. Also notice that magpies go silent when they are actively feeding. I suspect they aren’t interested in advertising thier location. Don’t know if a coyote would be suspicious of a magpie call, but I do know that a black flag on the whip gets a dogs attention.

Add crows and ravens to that list. Obviously , they have exceptional hearing.

this morning i was killing the battery on the fox pro playing coyote pair howls , i could not believe how many magpies came in, they were all over the house , garage, and surrounding trees, the call was barely audible . my wife was in her room 20 ft away with the window open and could not hear it , they have fantastic hearing, they used to hear me cock the springer,

Before the crows migrate south even crow call will bring in magpies. The magpies come pretty quick too. When there are eggs or fledglings in nests blow a crow call close to magpie nests and all the resident magpies will come like a air force platoon.

Theoretically, a compact bluetooth speaker would give you access to a myriad of magpie vocalizations via your mobile device...

These won't hurt either:
