They installed two units for me and then had them come back 18 months later to service

Funny to see this pop up, as I have literally spent the last two evenings writing up service contracts with repeat residential customers who I do HVAC work for. I’ve touched on everything from A/C service to range hood filters and bath fan cleanings, but I never even thought about gas fireplaces.

Now that you have mentioned it, I have many customers who have at least one on their home, and early in my career installed thousands of them!

Yeah. The last thermocouple I replaced billed out at $165, and took me 15 minutes, so laugh away.
