Been cooking up a storm lately. Friday night it was Lemon Risotto with Prawns, Saturday it was Carrot-Squash Curry soup. Tonight the girlfriend and I did a bunch of batch cooking. Hearty breakfast muffins for quick breakfasts, African Sweet Potato Soup http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.ca...tato-soup.html, Beef enchiladas and then Chicken Adobo. Yum!

I'll try and add some photos later.

Making a huge pot of pasta sauce - ground beef, red/yellow peppers, mushrooms etc. tonight so that I can freeze the left overs and pull a portion out when I'm too busy studying.

No pictures but had cajun blackened redfish with orzo. Last night had smoked chicken breasts stuffed with habanero cheddar cheeze and wrapped with bacon and a side of homemade potato wedges. I do have a picture of the chicken breasts.

Default All-Day Mississippi Roast

Mrs. Omega saw this on Pinterest and has been bugging me to make it so today is the day. Company tonight so will serve it over fresh Sourdough Rolls about 9pm tonight

In a crockpot

Coat a roast( I used Beef- But Game would be better) with a pack of dry Ranch Dressing Mix( about 1 oz)

Then Sprinkle on a Pack of Dry -Jus mix- I used brown gravy mix
Next place some Pepperoncini Peppers (about 5-6) on top( I used Banana Pepper Chunks)

Then place a stick of butter on top- cover with lid and let er buck for 8 hours on low.
That is it- no added liquids.

Will post finished results tonight
Gotta say about 1 hour in and the house smells amazing
