Boat Mechanic help in Calgary

we froze the engine in a little 98' sea ray 185 w/4.3L... oops, that's why peolple are supposed to pull the plugs before it's stored.

i found a drop in motor down in the states and a dealer to do the work but...

i need someone qualified to pull the engine from the boat so it's a little easier on the pocketbook.
