Default Meekwap Lake Access

Anyone fishing Meekwap? Working around Meekwap? What is access like?
Catching any good perch?
Any info would be appreciated.....

Meekwap Lake
 May 21 to Mar. 31 – Pike limit 3 over 63 cm; Perch limit 10.

Snowmobiled there 2 weeks ago. Only way in is by snowmobile. The old meekwap lake road ( old mill road ) was plowed out at one time but lots of snow on it now. Follow the plowed trail for a couple miles and you will see a snowmobile trail on the left hand side just before an old lease, follow it about 400 yards onto the SE end of the lake. When we were there did not see any sign that people had been fishing there.

If you hunt may want to consider bringing your rifle, may get a crack at a wolf, lots of sign in there.
