Default Canada Inland Lakes — Alberta GPS Maps

I just bought a hand held GPS and I was looking at some of the maps that they have. One that caught my eye was the Canada Inland Lakes — Alberta map. I was wondering if anyone has bought/used this map before and is worth the $100 price tag? How many lakes actually have accurate depth contours?

Thanks for the help!

Resovoirs are in a constant state of fluctuation, their main function is to provide water for agriculture. Our natural lakes are controlled by the climate.
The structural contours will be fairly reliable but water depth may be some what incorrect.
