Thanks to all folks for not bashing one style or another. I say if its legal and it gets your rocks off enjoy the time outdoors. Baiting, snaring, hounds, what have you. Many dollars have been lost even on gopher shoots and botched shots between buddies.

Keep em coming. Don't think Giraffe has hit the board as a yay or nay yet, those long necked freaks. Hahaha. Cheers, RDH.

YUP! 284 Norma posted the giraffe thing!

For me, in North America, it would be Mountain Goat- simply no desire, never did consider it for some reason.
I think I the one critter I would really like to hunt would be a turkey with my flat bow.

The black dually comments are almost as annoying as hearing about suffield and gas prices

North American

No urge to hunt a cat --- but I love seeing the mounts and reading the stories just not on my list to do

I would like to do a Caribou hunt again.

No -mountain goat, not that I wouldn't want to, I'm just too old fat and lazy to ever go goat hunting.

Yes - Alaskan brown bear. Would love to shoot one of these big buggers with my 45/70.

Alberta species only

No to mountain goat. Just aren't that many and I will honestly never see one outside a park.

Yes please to wood bison. A big old bull. The one you need 3 friends and a winch to field dress

Once you figure out elk they aren't so bad to hunt.

Killing any bear over bait isn't too hard, killing a big bear is difficult.

Cougars, bears and mountain goat. No interest.

Anything with antlers in Alberta. Or a wolf if I ever happen to stumble onto one. Heck ya

Shoot: every last feral horse and wolf in Alberta
Not interested: probably all of Africa. I understand the allure and I'm certain I'd enjoy it, there are just so many places I would choose first (assuming I could afford it anyway)

Keeping it legal and in Alberta. ...
I really want to get a bull elk, black bear, and bison with my bow. I dream of getting a goat and sheep with my rifle one day
Not overly interested in shooting a whitetail. I don't know why. I've hunted them and enjoyed it and found the rut an exciting time to chase them, but maybe because I'm limited on hunting time I'd rather focus my efforts elsewhere

I let my taste buds and the law and the space in my deep freeze determine what I shoot.

I could care less about bucket lists and trophy's. I hunt what's available locally, that's all I'm interested in.

So yes for; Moose, White Tail Deer, Mule Deer, Elk, Black Bear, in that order.
Yes I've eaten Bear.

No to everything else not included in my trapping and wildlife control category.

I'd rather help someone else, preferably a young person or a lady take a trophy, then to take one myself. I don't eat horns.

I just started hunting, but I kind of think shooting an elephant would be against personal morals. Not sure why.

No interest in Africa.
Plan to shoot a cougar, spot and stalk/called in on the Prairie with my Marlin 44Mag specifically. Peep site goes w/o saying.
