How big is that bear? Hard to tell the way the pic is posed.
Did the bear come in alone? Following a sow?

Big bear.
Your also good at takin pictures. Great presentation. Interested to see how big he is stretched and the skull size. Looks huge. Really cool that you've been watching him and trying to get him for a while now.
Congrats

Yeah Man, I don't know why but I really wanted to shoot one with the crossbow. May be I've been watching too much Walking Dead.

I didn't square him or tape the skull yet so I'm not sure. My last biggest bear was 19 7/16 and this Dude dwarfs that bear! I don't want to get excited and call him book, but he has to go 20+
Here's a few more pics. The trail cam pics are from last year

We have all kinds of stuff running. Fish guts, beavers, meat scraps, oats, dog food, grease....all the usual stuff.

That's a pretty solid looking bear. Congrats man!
I'm curious to know what he taped for length.
Bears are buggers to judge on the foot, until you see the proverbial 'no doubter'.
I'm stoked to get back out. Last trip I passed up a definite 6' cinnamon. He was a dandy, and I'm kinda thinking I might've been the only bear hunter in the province that would've passed him up.
But I've looking for Black Angus...
