Default Long Island Lake

Has anyone been on or heard any reports on Long Island Lake East of Jarvie lately, Ice conditions? Snow Conditions? Any reports of Perch being caught, I know years ago this lake had some decent perch, but have not been there for approx 15 Years.

Thanks

The ice is thick and there are some monster perch. Unfortunately there are far more ambitious little guys that have a bigger appitite than their larger brothers and sisters. Truth be told, they feed on the backswimmers and unless you fish them in the cover of pre dawn, they are very hard to catch...
