Default Motel6 in Brooks

Well, zippy 4570 and I got checked into the motel6 in Brooks.
Nice place and very inexpensive!
Parking leaves a bit to be desired but we can deal with it.
We plan on meeting up with Oldgutpile tomorrow for roosters!

Good on you to get the hunting in this week. Next week winter returns to Southern Alberta.

Good luck pheasant hunting. I grew up 300
Yds from Keho lake . In the 60s ,70s the pheasant hunting was fantastic .Younger guys would be astonished at the pheasant populations at that time. Main street of Barons was full of guys staying at the Hotel pheasant hunting (guys from BC). I use to do a lot of shotgunning from keeping ducks out of the field to upland hunting with my Grandpa and my Dad and his hunting dog .
