Default fishing was good

We kept 4 big walleye(4,4,5.5 and 6#) and 2 jacks (both 4#)last weekend. The bite was steady, just troll around the shelves with big bright rapalas.

Just spent the last 4 days at Moose Lake staying at Franchere Bay Campgrounds. We had a great time and the fishing was excellent, water is murky with algae but fishing was great. Fishing along Pelican Point to the Rock island we were catching pike and Walleye all day long. Caught 3 walleyes over 24 in and lots of smaller ones. As for pike we caught 50+ that were all 2-5 lbs and only 1 that was 39 in and 14 lbs.

Overall was a ton of fun and lots of fish, nothing monster but was just nice to be out fishing for 4 days...

I'm not surprised...the water was like pea soup there on the weekend
