Default Rapala CD at fish creek

I am wondering what is a good place to fish in Fish Creek Park.

There are tons of good places to fish there. Just head to the river and walk the shoreline until you find some slower water or nice runs.

I fish it all the time in the summer. there are some sick spots at the end if Elbow drive. as soon as you come down the creek takes a turn and there is a deep pool. I caught at 19 inch rainbow there. Then if you walk upstream there is a pool due to a beaver dam. there are a few fish there two. if you walk even more upstream there is a storm sewage there is another pool with lots of whitefishand trout TOO BAD IT AINT OPEN TILL JULY 16

It's all about stealth for fishing it. If you stand back you will see Trout picking off bugs in each pool. You have to be real slow sneaking up to the pool or they scatter, there a bit spooked by the amount of people traffic.

try the elbow river theres lots of untouched trout there.

Yes for sure, although keep in mind that there isn't anywhere on the Elbow that's open right now.

there is still a little bit of ice and snow near the sides of the river but it totaly fishable, to bad you can't yet.

i caught a massive brookie in there beside the wood baurds overlooking a pheasents nest. caught him on a CD-7
