Does anyone have any info on calgary and area for some hardwater action I will have at best have a day this weekend so kinda want to stick close to home and try out my new toys that santa brought me early this year any info would be great.
fish 50+ water using 1/2 a smelt and white power grub bodied jigs and a royal coachman 1 foot above the jig tipped with maggots. There is 8 inches of ice there now, enjoy. The fishing is supossed to be good this weekend!

Twin Valley Reservoir, Pine Coulee Reservoir, and Chain Lakes, all have lots of fish. Still haven't icefished them myself but i know of lots of guys catching plenty of fish. Lots of fish during open water so they're still there. Not sure how the ice will be down there yet.
