so at Gull Lake on the weekend decided to just float across the lake for a bit go to fire the boat up and the starter won't engage properly a guy was fishing relatively close by at least close enough to hear the horn the life jacket waving from the paddle, the rain jackets I was waving in the air at him. He ignored me as long as he could then drove away cause he obviously had no interest in helping.

I always fuel up before every trip on the water, little bit of fuel could be worth more than gold if you need it. Than you never have to worry about or chance it.

Good rule to follow.
