Got you beat I think. Early to mid 70's, Pink Floyd. I think lava lamps and black light posters we're still popular at the time too. If they weren't I was more messed up than I thought. Timothy Leary was a great, great man.

How the hell did disco ever become a thing? I still get nauseous when I see John Travolta doing....pretty much anything.

One of the few things I remember from the 70’s is that Disco sucked!

Very sad that Steve Perry had that falling out with the band. Never really liked Steve Augeri as a replacement.

Not as bad as Lawrence Gowan being the frontman for Styx though…

Totally agree about Steve Perry awesome singer. Not the same without him.

This should get a laugh form the circa crowd that was young when this album came out. A few years ago when GLEE was a hit show. One of our younger workers was raving about this new song on the show. Don’t stop believing, the whole office was roaring, poor kid took 5 minutes on google to understand why!!

Journey was awesome, I was born in 1970. We had some good music in the 80s and 90s.

Disco and the schmaltz of The Carpenter's was the product of the collective comedown from prolific LSD use.

BTW, Journey sucks.

Haha. I actually agree. Not to the level of disco but still...

Perry's voice was right there with fingernails on a chalkboard and chewing tinfoil for me but lots loved the band.

Lots of people like Celine Dion.

Punk Rock is older than Journey... You know when a band is mediocre and safe? When the song becomes a jingle in a commercial for a drug that cures arthritis but may include side effects of disturbing dreams, explosive diahrhea and homicidal thoughts.

Damn. I have all those symptoms without arthritis.

Or Journey.

I think it might be a caveat requirement for being in AO.
