Default 2 Person Tent Set-ups

I have an Eskimo 949 pop up shelter but I've never had two people use it. To help minimize the trial & error I'm looking for advice on hole placements. Also keeping in mind that we would also like to keep an eye on a tip-up or two while jigging inside the tent. We will primarily be targeting pike. Opposite corners? Side by side? Other suggestions? Cheers!

I've always done side by side but depending on door layout corners could be better. Don't be afraid to try it out and find what works for you

Best advise I can give is set it up in your garage or back yard.

Put whatever you think you need in the shanty sit in it and think it through for however long you need.

Look around and decide where would I sit so I can also get to my tip up and is there really enough room for 2 or do I need a bigger one.

Default Corners

Have same tent and we put a hole right and left front then line up the outside holes with the windows in front of our chairs so we can always see them. If you have a camera move the holes a little closer and put hole with camera outside facing your lines then you can watch both a the same time if you place them at the right distance.

Thanks all! Setting up in the left and right front corners so that we could monitor the tip-ups from the windows and door worked good for us today.
