I sent my bushnell binoculars in for warranty work !! it was 12 business days from the day I sent them to the day I had new ones in my hand! I think that's pretty good service!
Yeah same deal here. Sent in zeiss and bushnell binos and a vortex razor spotter on the same day in early December. New set of Bushnells in my hands 2 weeks later, still no word from Zeiss or Vortex.
No issues with their warranty service, but their products are not what they used to be when it comes to quality. Had nothing but issues with my last two bushnell elites. Switched to Nikon and have been happy ever since.
