I just got my venison sausage back from Ryans Meats yesterday. I dropped it off the day before and WOW! Its back in my freezer. I BBQ'd some right away and its good. Talk about a quick turn around. I dropped it off thawed and I think that helps if the guys dont have to waste time thawing. Im a member at Sarcee and had heard good things. Fresh garlic if anyones wondering.
