Arrived about 730, Floodwater is crazy out here, 6" once we drilled a hole. Had to build up snow to make a soggy floor, feet are soaked.

No way you can drive out here unless your on 44" tires. It's mushy and deep.

Seeing lots of fish in the hole, tip ups went off 6x between 8-9, all got away, can't believe it, but nothing since.

yeah water sucks, caught a few pike today, et them swim around our feet, what were you seeing? saw a fish come and smack my lure today on my new lx-5 for the first time. what aawesome toy

I saw 6 pike through my hole and missed 3 that hit the tip ups. I was setting the hook too hard I think.

That was all between 8 and 930am. Didnt see a thing after that, going to try again next weekend in insulated rubber boots and be on the ice around 630am. See what we can manage then.
