hey does anyone fish it>? just wondering if anyone has any luck on it? and were do u all go? thanks

Thats the one Wayne. Iv never caught anything out of that poo water. But iv heard of other people catching in there. You could try north on the highway then east into where that green bridge is, in that area kinda deal iv heard of a person pullin out a hammerhandle.

I fished where it enters the big river a couple times, all sorts of fish around there, goldeye, trout, walleye, pike and probably more.

I have heard tell of people landing small pike near the golf coarse in Rimbey.

Asa kid i used to pedal my bike down past what is now the spirit creek golf course to the blindman.This even before the burnco bridge was put in.
You can go either East or West from the bridge in evenings and catch Pike and occasionally sauger.

i go to burbank(where the blindman and Red Deer River meet) quite often in the summer..I always catch walleye and goldeye..its one of my favorite spots.

I used to fish it all the time when I still lived in Red Deer (10 years ago). Fished the same spot as Springer. I rarely got skunked but I never caught anything over a couple pounds. I also fished it around Rimbey and Bentley as well and had the same luck. Never pulled anything out other than pike.
