Default Winter bull trout

do you guys know of any river or creeks that are open and flowing water to fish for bull trout? Realy want to try out my flex phantom

athabasca just outside of the park and in the park is where you'll find them in open water look for the dark holes

just picked up a limited edition 3.5 inch sinking rainbow trout flex phantom and it looks realy lifelike by fall the best lure for reaitic actions and paint
the only thing it was 25bucks so i dont want to loose it hhaaa

What about lower K by the power plant? Isn't there open water around there that is fishable from shore year round?
