Default husky

I currently have a husky, that I paid $600 for, and a Jiffy 2hp that I got on sale for $279.As much as I love my husky, I honestly do not see over $300 extra in it .It is lighter and quieter, but I could have 2 jiffys for less money. The jiffy's cut a little quicker. Also had a jiffy 3hp that I got rid of like the 2hp models better

I own a Husky it is great. Lighter is a big help when you are drilling lots of holes and having to drag it across the lake which you can not drive on. Plus it stays running when not vertical a handy thing when drilling lots of holes.

I had 2 Jiffy's. I now have a Husky. No comparison. Easier to start, way lighter, engineered better, made better, and more reliable in my opinion from experience.

So if you do a lot of ice fishing (10 or more times a season) absolutely. If you go out a few times a year a cheap an old Jiffy will probably work, hopefully.

Wholesale Sports & Lawnmower Hospital sells the Husky's.
