40+ yards indoors
Anyone know of an indoor range that has 40 or more yards to shoot in, in the Edmonton area? 30 below and 2' of snow is a killer for target shootin!

Llyod's about 3hrs away isn't it? I might make the drive because I might also get to go to the mother of shoots, and I'd like to be dialed in for that.

You could get a few guys togeather and rent a local Gymnasiam for an evening. Thats what passes as an archery club here in Slave Lake but we can practice out to around 40 yard shots which is impossible at most indoor ranges. Make sure the gym is ok with you shooting though. At the college where we shoot they have a net which keeps you from breaking arrows when you miss and keeps their walls in good shape.

around 2 hrs is all it takes if the highway 16 is clean. If you are thinking about coming let me know Ill get you the directions for the range it is 15 minutes out of town. the range is strictly an archery range right now it is a youth center for the Fish and wildlife but as of right now only thing going on in it is Archery. We built it in 2008 there is room for 18 shooters on the line at once and the lighting inside it is like it is outside on a nice winter day, very bright.
