The reason they are selling is because the land around them is too expensive, the colony is growing, therefore they need more land to accommodate the growth. Since that growth is not possible because of the price of land around the colony, they have decided to move.
That makes no sense....why sell all the late model equipment ? Looks like a case of too big too quick and likely poor management
