Default Trout near olds

Staying in olds for couple of days, looking for a trout stream close by for a few hours after work, any pointers ?

Dogpound near Cremona...tight technical stream
Red Deer up or down from Sundre...bigger and faster

Havn't see either this year so not sure of visibility or flows...

And as always check regs

I caught a 20" brown and a couple rmw on the rdr btween sundre and the dam yestersday. Also saw a pike swimming in in the little red the other day. Not sure if the recent Tstorms have made them dirty or not tho. Havnt fished downstream of glennifer yet but there is some nice water that way if the dam's not open too much. Dogpound and james river are also close.
