Looking for fishing based Bed & Breakfast (B&B) in AB, BC or Sask

I'm looking for a good lakeside/lakefront Bed & Breakfast located in either Alberta, British Columbia or Saskatchewan. Ideally, I'm looking for a lake that has good fishing & a nearby spot that rents boats.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Though not 'lake front', Hamilton House is top notch for the outdoor enthusiast.
It's 10 min east of Cold Lake, Ab.

They do charters there and I believe you can rent boats at the marina, but double check that.

Is there any way to narrow it down besides a b&b that has fishing in three provinces?

That's the whole point, not to narrow it down. I'm very open to any suggestion; and I'm primarily looking for places that people have been to and enjoyed... I doubt that you've been to multiple fishing/lakefront B&B in all three provinces?! And even of that was the case, I'm just looking for a top pick or some solid advice. Thanks!
