OP: Yes, you can shoot all you like. Just ensure there isn't any bowhunting going on nearby, just as a courtesy.

I was bowhunting two weeks ago, less than a kilometer from my truck on a small cutline. Someone started target shooting on the same cutline, right by my truck. They had no way of knowing exactly where I was, but come on... on opening day too. If there were any deer in the area, I had no chance of getting them thanks to those goofs.
