Hi guys, any report from Newell. How thick is the ice and how's the bite?

Fished there yesterday...lots of folks out. Ice is 8-12" thick but the fishing was DEAD. Saw probably 40 flags out there but no bites.

Ummm if there were 40 flags that would mean there was 40 bites unless someone doesnt know how to set them or it was really windy.
