A few years back south buck lake had a nice burger stand that one could just come into shore with your boat and tie off and grab a burger and jump back in your boat and continue fishing. That was paradise !

Are there in lakes in Alberta that have a burger stand ?

What a great idea someone could start a seasonal franchise at Alberta lakes.

Wabuman town dock. Tie up, and run/walk to the end of the parking lot and get a great burger and fries.
As for ice cream, or hot chocolate, well, you know.

Still do, good food.

And you are right, you can literally boat right up to it, the restaurant is literally 30 feet from the water.

The concession at pigeon lake prov park did not open this year, unless it opened after July 7. Talked to last years operator and he said no one stepped up this year. Bel

I always figured a guy should open up a hotdog stand at brownlow's landing during ice fishing season.
