Default Canada Goose Silouhette decoy making

A few years back I saw cut out vinyl Canada goose silhouettes that could be attached to plywood or corrugated plastic board. Is anyone aware if these are still available and if so, where they can be bought?
thanks

I personally have had very good luck with simple paint on plywood. No glare or shine that you can get from synthetic materials....

"good luck with simple paint on plywood".

That is plan "b", if I can't get the vinyl stick on's. I guess if they are not still available, they likely were not a good seller

Yea....I get a bit cautious when I hear the word 'vinyl' around my decoys. I HATE shine and when that early morning sun hits a synthetic film, it can flare birds horribly....

Good luck in the search!

I'd be happy to share some templates that we used for our plywood specials. Vinyl is too shiny.

For the price of one package of high end silos you can make a hundred or so.

I admit, they're heavier and don't look as good but the geese seem to like the looks of them.

Corplast is a great material to use, and its much lighter than plywood. Krylon Fusion paints work very well on this material, and they have Ultra flat camo colors that are perfect for what you want to do...

The Coroplast sounds good , lightweight. How good is it to paint on and how durable is the paint on the board once applied?

I did a dozen or so up this fall, and the paint adhered very well. It is made to go on plastics and other materials. The paint seemed to be fairly durable, its gonna need touchups here and there, but what decoy won't. The only time I actually scratched paint was when I accedentily jammed a stake into one putting it away.
