Default Qad exodus swept broadheads (saskatchewan)

Hello, does anyone know if the qad exodus swept blades are considered "barbed" in saskatchewan. My local archery shop sells them, which makes me think they must be legal here. I've looked in the regulations and it just states that no barbed broadheads can be used. I also looked in the wildlife act for the definition of barbed, but nothing was on there. If anyone knows i would appreciate the help.

Barbed is usually defined as the back edge being less than 90 degrees from the shaft.

Now I don’t know what the sask definition is, or if there is one, but I would not be caught with those.

There are all kinds of things that are legal to sell but not use. Don’t ever assume otherwise.

And really, why bother, just get slick tricks and be done with it

The QAD swept back's are a barbed designed as the trailing edge is less than 90 degrees to the shaft and they are design to prevent the arrow from being pulled out.

This is from the Alberta Wildlife Act in regards to big game hunting:

6 Any arrow other than an arrow that has a tip that bears a head
that
(a) is not intentionally designed to resist being withdrawn
after it has penetrated an object, and

In regards to "my shop sells them so they must be legal", in Alberta I can use them for shooting gophers or coyote, just no big game hunting. Also, I can order the swept back's on Amazon and have them here the next day.

I use the regular Exodus 125 gr for all my hunting and they perform very well.

Ya i had looked in the wildlife act for saskatchewan and there is no actual definition of "barbed". I went and asked the pro shop if they knew and they told me it is legal and they know many people who use them. They also told me that they would not sell products that are illegal to use 🤷. I might still exchange them for the full version just to be safe.
