If ammo sales between individuals not businesses has changed under the new burden/rules ? Other that seeing a matching PAL?

As far as I saw there was nothing about ammo other than existing, just need to have a PAL. And, C21 isn't law yet, other than the C71 transfers came into effect on guns.

The Rimbey show is underway and quite busy, nice to see. Lots of primers and powder etc. and saw one vendor confirm a buyers PAL with the CFO on his cell phone to sell a rifle, no hassle what so ever. Go check it out if you have the time. D.H.
