Contacted SRD today and they told me dickson pond is still open and ok. looks like the camping and day use areas are off limits. the main entrance had barricades up the other day. it could have been signed alot better.
So are the barricades still up? If so can you drive around them and park in the parking lot? I know you cant use the campsite but I want to know if you have walk in from the road? Also are we 100% certain they dont mind people fishing there? I mean I dont wanna drive an hour to get there and get kicked off the water! lol
when i was there fishing there were people shore fishing and i was in my pontoon. the barricades were up but i just drove around them. i highly doubt that you would get kicked off of the lake. SRD says its open.

They had placed barricades to the boat launches into Gleniffer not the trout pond. Thought there was a catch and release in effect tho.
The main reservoir is open though I do not advise is use this yr .
The trout pond is open and fishing fine to slow based on conditions
one fish of 16"and lots of pan frys trolling a weekend past most fish off bottom and below 8'.small len's in a few colour's were producing, small pugs had success all fish caught trolling.
