Default Athabasca river repot, weekend report

Camped out on the Athabasca river, northwest of Edmonton and what a treat it was with goldeye from 16-22 inches on small black jigs, plent of walleye and pike as well. Even saw a bald eagle My friend and his kids came along, always great to start kids off at a young age so they can begin to respect the great outdoors early in life.

Nice, looks like a great trip. Always really nice to see young ones in the outdoors... especially without iPads anywhere to be seen!

Good on you man!

Default heard a rumour

Hey all
Heard a rumour that a couple of kids caught a 24 pound walleye at athabasca behind the strip mall on the river. Any truth to the rumour?
