I'm wondering if AlbertaRelm was legally allowed to use that list for that purposed?

This is interesting- 4. states no email lists to be use but it says AHS?
If a list has been used that must be disclosed to the ethics board.

Actually, I've been having an interesting back and forth email with Todd Zimmerling from the ACA.

I've been emailing with the Ethics Office at the U of A because the researchers would not respond to me, I am waiting for a response.

Okay to follow-up. I am filing a couple of formal complaints of Monday.

1. FOIP
2. UofA research ethics

I would like you all to know that I did contact ACA with concerns, they admitted there are "issues" with this research but they were unwilling/unable to see the bigger possible issues. I felt like they maybe out of touch with how this "research" might be perceived by the population.

Okay I have a 2-3 step proess for complaints I'm going to lay it out and supply a template letter that can be used so that it is less time for whom ever wants to file a complaint.

I am new to forums and what-not but I do think it would be better if i started a new thread where this information will be at the top and then we can share feedback from there?

I'm hoping people will TAKE THE TIME to go through this.

I have been emailing Todd Zimmerling with ACA about this research and shared my concerns. He admitted that there are "issues" with this research and that it was clear the researchers lack hunting knowledge but they went ahead because they wanted to build a "relationship" and capacity with the U of A. it is insane to me that they went a head with this.

I will post a new thread with the process as I see it.

please cut and paste the informaiton including template letter to hunting groups, I dont have any social media I use to post this stuff so I can't get it out like others can.
