Default Jiffy auger parts?

I am looking for a carb kit for two of my jiffy augers? Wonder where is the best place to find these parts?

Thanks

Power Equipment Center on 63ave in edmonton. One of the clerks there used to work for Jiffy and he will know exactly what parts you will need and the best place to order them.

Great advice. There are so many different engines, carbs etc used on Jiffy, depending too on the model, over the years that you NEED to know exactly which carb and motor you need parts for, no matter where you get them from. Fishing Hole usually has Carb kits for the Jiffy 30 with the Tecumsche motor.

I dont' know the model of your Jiffy, but I bought a carb kit for my old model 30 Jiffy on Amazon. I think the Tecumseh engine is used on a variety of small powered equipment, so you can find kits.

This might not be the exact right model so browse around:

Wherever you go, scribble your serial number down so you can match the part correct. There are lots of part combos from over the years.

Default Jiffy Carb Parts

Been fixing Jiffy Augers for years for fellow Anglers.

Cheapest place in Edmt. to get kits is from Cutters Edge
161 121A Ave in the North Edmt. Area.

Part # you need is 631893 for the kit that includes
needle / seat - Diaphram
Diaphram Only Part # is 630978

you will need the part #'s when you go in there......

Get some carb cleaner also ..... and your set !

Ive found this to be the best for settings on the screws.
Idle - 1 1/8 out
High - 3/4 to 5/8 out

these settings will be a good base to start.
Remember..... high speed tweeking should be done under load
while drilling ....

Good Luck ..... See you on the ice !!!
