Talking Lac Ste Anne June 2. (pics heavy)

Got out early this morning before mother nature started blowing.

Up at 5 and down to the boat launch in Alberta Beach with Champion.

Got out to my honey hole and cast for a bit with no luck. We had a slow drift going and as we got shallower we got into them. Almost all the fish were in 4-8' of water. We both had tags, he had class c and used 2 and i had b and didn't use any. Was a fun morning.

Also got to try out my new Mustang inflatable pfd and it seemed great. Cery comfortable and didn't really notice it was on.

Looks like a good time, wish I would have been able to stumble by for the day!

Nice fish. Alberta should start using a stamp system on walleye licences like BC has for steelhead. Seems like it would make more sense than carrying around a tag.

Great pics but I have a question for ya.

We have tags for lake Iosegun and was wondering how the tags stand up to water?
I mean if you tag a fish and put it on a stringer does the paper tag not go to pieces after awhile?

We only had it in the water for an hour or so and they were fine. Not sure after a 12 hour day on the lake.
