Default Siebert Lake Question

I read that Siebert was designated a trophy lake back in the 70's and you needed a Trophy License in addition to your Sport Fishing License. Is this still true? I haven't been able to find anything about it recently.

back in the 70's it was a trophy lake, or even 10 years ago... now not so much...
